I went to pick up my work shirts the other day and one of them had a large tear in it. When I talked to the manger about it, she said that they were not to blame and that they did not damage the shirt. She said that they found the shirt like this, which I find unusual. I'm not sure why they didn't call me last week if that was the case. In the end, she refused to reimburse me for the damaged shirt, which was expensive, and does not seem like a good policy if you want to keep customers. They lost this customer.
